From the same owners of The Dixboro Project, Aventura is a tapas restaurant that brings the flavors of Spanish Basque country to a town more used to deep dish pizza and deli sandwiches. In the evening, the dining room is typically almost entirely filled with dates and anniversaries. Skip the aperitivo section of the menu unless you’re only staying for a snack and a drink at the bar, and instead, jump right into ordering a few tapas (we like the patatas bravas, brussels sprouts, bacon wrapped dates) and the marisco paella.
