With a new location on the first floor of the Belden-Stratford apartment complex and a revamped menu, S.K.Y. doesn't let grass grow under their feet. Tall ceilings and dim lighting set the tone for an intimate experience in the dining room. Meanwhile, the kitchen promises a number of new dishes in addition to a roster of their classics. This is globally minded cuisine, where roasted lamb meatballs with tikka masala butter tempt alongside bibimbap with charred vegetables and mushroom bulgogi. And, while some things change, others remain the same. Banana budino, always a good choice, remains on the menu, though new creations, like strawberries and champagne with pistachio cake, strawberry ice cream and crisp crémant, make for a memorable finale.
