The Manatee County landfill is located south of State Road 64, 1 mile east of I-75. All vehicles entering the landfill must go across the scales at the scale house building. Vehicles with low ground clearance are discouraged. Be aware of other vehicles, workers on foot, equipment, traffic control devices, and overhead obstructions. Scavenging is prohibited at any location at the landfill. Obey all posted signs.
