I love this place. It's always a staple for me when it comes to brunch in sugar land. The service is always good and it's a very casual place for brunch or lunch.

Atmosphere is that of a brunch place but maybe also more of a hangout type of vibe too. They have outdoor patio seating, tons of indoor seating-bar, bench, and tables. The service was top notch even t
