I'm just getting back into yoga, and I really appreciate that Y7 has such a calming, nonjudgmental atmosphere. That said, this studio just isn't quite my cup of tea. I personally prefer a brighter spa

Don't be late for 1 minute (even if your subway is delayed) because it's a "health and safety issue" after the door is closed - aka the instructors don't want to be interrupted while they are lighting
