The High Line has exceptional staff and comfortable, spacious and charming rooms! I stay here at least three times a year when coming to NYC for work.

I had booked this hotel for family. At the price I paid I had very much hoped for some level of luxury but there was none. The rooms are in need of extensive renovations - from the doors, to bathroom

This place has charm but our room didn’t have hot water. They had someone come fix it and extended our checkout time, which was nice. However, while the hot water got fixed, the drain would not drain
