Dr. Kelly Phan is a super nice, friendly, and professional Eye Doctor. I have been using her office for exams for many years now. Her staff is always very welcoming and polite.

We were late and still accommodated so did not have to reschedule. So happy that now participating in my vision plan. Off to Target Optical for new glasses.
