Mess up my order twice I ask for fry's but they didn't give it to me then I ask for bbq sauce and they didn't give me that either and the food was not even good

I was just there through drive-through up to the second window to get my food. I asked for ketchup. The woman wanted to be a bitch about it and not give me ketchup saying that it was on my order when

French fries not done completely! Couldn't get any messier ,open my big Mac one of the burgers was pink inside and sauce all over the bun like a 5 year old put it together. I wouldn't recommend this p
