I had to use this place because of the insurance company. I wish I could leave a zero star rating. They are impossible to get a hold of by phone, they forgot to pick me up at a scheduled pick up time.

Customer service is very bad i have reservation to pick up the car and they tell me there's no car available now even if i have reservation

The customer service is terrible here and the service is extremely slow. Waited over 30min just to turn my keys in and they don't answer the phone. They need more staff. If you plan on going somewhere
