This is a lovely place to stay - close to the forest and the town of Lyndhurst. The food is excellent especially the breakfast - what a feast!

The staff were great. The hotel itself was having water problems which made it very difficult on them, and can happen to any hotel. There were no excuses, and they put maximum effort in to work around
