I thought about stopping in here to stay but after reading all the one star reviews it sounds like this place needs to be shut the "F" down. Clowns for management!

Beautiful, quaint long term RV park with a small town feel. Easy access to I5 and shopping. Wonderful staff and neighbor.

The other reviews are harsh. I highly recommend it here if you like friendly neighbors, laundry on site, kind employees, a clubhouse to use and more. The gas station is convenient. It's in the country
