Jose is the manager tonight lousey manager! First of all I waited over 20mins in drive thru for my order about 6 cars went by and we still had no order an employee tried to give us someone else order

They gave me HAVE of my cheese and it wasn't inside the sandwich they didn't give me my ketchup and napkins and there are a lot of flies

Manager and staff are all rude and incompetent. Asked for a refund due to app errors and stated I would pay for the new order. The manager kept telling me I was beautiful while asking for a refund. SU
