Pupusas de la Reina, led by mother-son team Reina Cáceres and Ever Ortega, started in a modest third-floor apartment, sharing homemade pupusas with neighbors and local businesses. The warm reception inspired a pop-up canopy on Nogales Street in West Covina, serving our specialties three days a week. After nearly two years of dedication, we opened our permanent restaurant, where we now offer authentic Salvadoran pupusas, healthy lunches, and snacks.
