Took my 5 month old puppy for a wash and a haircut. Dropped him off on time. Told later that they were unable to do the full service because he was "wiggly" and "wasn't comfortable around his settings

Terrible customer service! Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. For a simple bath it took them 4 hours! When I asked if it was busy or something abnormal happened they said no.

If you want to turn a 10 minute errand into a 45 minute wait with a long line and one cashier and no one else else in the store to help, then this is your place.
