I have gone to this car wash many times never had an issue and today they scratched my rear trunk lid! Why the hell can you not train your people to be more careful with luxury cars? I don't get this.

Terrible value. They charge over $30 for a basic car wash that leaves your car with plenty of blemishes. You're better off going to a drive through car wash. Surprisingly poor experience overall. I wo
