We visited this park on a Monday and Tuesday in mid-June. We pre-purchased passes online which made check-in very smooth. Arrived early (around 10:00) and had absolutely no problem finding a shady ta.

It is huge. The water was cold but the second time in it gets easier to get in. There are plenty of tables, and some shade trees. Next time we will bring wagon for our cooler. There are changing room.
