I took my 2000 Ford Excursion to these 'Hacks' and supplied the upper and lower ball joints only to be told they' weren't bad and merely the wheel bearings needed tightening up to the tune of $100. Do

shady and bad service. they gave me the run around. i would not recommend them to anyone.
