Tried to get them to review my papers and they kept giving me the runaround. Not fair. This is not a good way to do business.

I have sent by mail my passport for renewal/ extension 2 months ago ( in the end of February) On April 1st they called me with some questions, sounded like the rep got confused me with someone else :(
