Super friendly staff at the Promenade Mall Lids store location. Had hoped to find 49'ers or Seattle Seahawks hats but no luck. As a matter of fact inventory for the last four teams in the NFL was zero

My 10 yr old daughter lost her favorite Padres hat. I took her into the Lids store by the food court in the Promenade mall and couldn't get any help. The employees were too busy looking at their phone

Not one problem, went to get a hat on my birthday, realized it had a stain and an employee let me switch it out for one that didn't.
