A true free, hidden gem in downtown St Paul. Rushing water, beautiful flowers, benches and sometimes, free concerts. A lovely, relaxing place. Highest recommendation.

Very small park. Cute but there is not much to it. The photos of the small water falls made it seem bigger than it is. Nice and quaint though.
