We’ve been creating & bottling Laissez Faire Wines for 15 years, sourcing grapes from local vineyards here in the Snake River Valley. Yet, we’ve always wanted to create a space just for these European-inspired wines to stand on their own with creative “small appetizers”. That’s why we created this special wine bar known as Laissez Faire Wine Co. Here we celebrate the enjoyment of locally crafted, affordable wines (and beers) alongside “small bite” food pairings.
