Placed in a room. It was almost 12 when a nurse came and said "we are going to lunch and that I would need to come back in an hour. They didn't take my insurance info. Just put me in a room. No nurse

terrible. put me in a room and left me for an hour no apology no explanation. I will never come back to the urgent care again.
