I really enjoy Coach Laura's Total Body Tone class on Thursdays'. It is great for an overall body workout. The new ownership has also brough in much needed energy to the gym; diversifying into badmint

Great athletic club. very customer service oriented and responsive to members any time we have a question they immediately respond. Club is clean and they keep everyone informed of everything going on
