Stepped into Bootbarn Visalia 2/10/26 around 4:30ish, plenty of workers no one greeted me. I walked right by a gentleman in a cowboy hat at the door that didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help.

Would not recommend this boot barn some of the worst customer service I ever had especially while paying, no one greeted or helped
