Excellent locationProperty needs a good cleaning, no on-site parking, some front desk staff were not helpful or couldn't speak english, not all. Most were friendly. Property is run down.

This hotel is on the boardwalk and is very convenient to everything.The hotel parking is small but they do have an overflow lot a block away.
