They have informative and ethical sales people. It's a family run business and they treat you like family when you're there. They have the best selection I've ever seen anywhere. If they don't have it

Twice I called to inquire about services they offer and was told one thing and when I got there it was a different answer or actually incorrect. Frustrating waste of my time.

I can't believe it, but they lost a very valuable 19 century ring which I had left with them to sell for me on consignment. Don't go there. They aren't trustworthy!
