Took vehicle in with minor damage and had it repaired and back in 5 business days. Brought vehicle in on a Monday got it back the following Tuesday.

Deceptive business practices. They left a line item off of an estimate that they knew needed to be done, paid the bill and then was told I owed an additional, not a small amount, hundreds of dollars.
