I've been to Patpong Market before so knew what to expect. It's for the lower end of the tourist market. We went because we didn't get to check in at our hotel until 10pm and needed something to eat.

Small nightmarket, but food was nice. The other stalls are not worth the trouble to go there. If you want to buy things, go to Chatuchak market at weekends
