I agree with the other 1 star reviews. These people are rude and wildly inconsistent with pricing. One day dumping a pickup of dirt costs $45, the next it's $90. Guy says it's clay, he doesn't want it

This place is kept up and organized, the dirt roads are flat, smooth, free of debris and watered down to prevent dust. Prices are fare.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 4 STARS. This place is absolutely terrible. Have gone multiple times to take dirt in the last couple months & the man there is an absolute jerk. They are extremely inconsistent
