Tully Community Library opened in January 2005 as a newly constructed facility and features a large community room, a technology center and Internet Cafe, a spacious children's area, two group study rooms, a quiet study room, and free Wi-fi. The branch is centrally located in District 7 near the county fairgrounds. The languages with the highest circulation at Tully branch are English, Vietnamese, Spanish and Tagalog.
