I hate this location. I wouldn't have gone except the company I was returning to assigned it. I will drive miles out of my way not to use this location. Rude unhelpful employees. Today I was in line.
The Staff was a bit rude and dismissive after I made a mistake with printed documents. I've had better experiences at other UPS stores. The customer service was lacking today.
