Shocking!! Just Shocking!! No hot food, service was slow very slow for two drink we waited 39 mins, no way will I visit wver again

Really long wait for food. Chips were almost raw and no cutlery, when we asked there was a good 10 min wait for cutlery, so food went cold.

Cafe area itself filthy looking. Stained and ripped seats. Floor very dirty. Was going to eat but in the end only had a coffee as was thirsty and food in the cabinet looked unappealing and the state .
