Awful. Waited 2.5 hours in line to get my rental. Tired, hungry, babies; and angry customers. It was bad. When I left, 2.5 hours later, there was not going to be any relief for people just arriving -

I can't rank them a zero. I filled out the car rental on-line weeks prior to my reservation. I landed in San Antonio and found that I had to stop at the counter to check in. 7or 8 other people in line

Super long line at midnight. Moved at a glacial pace. Each customer easily taking 15 minutes per person. Took us 90 minutes to get a our car. Avoid if you can.
