Poor communication, little respect for veterans, understaffed, overworked, staff that remain are positive, but this Med Center is poorly run

My experience with that particular hospital was just awful. I had a friend drop me off there cause I was having a lot of pain - I had a strangulated hernia. The Garland VA told me that they DID NOT HA

First time using west wing entrance for blood work. Walk in front door no signage directing you where to go just empty hallways. VA certainly can do a better job posting directional signs.
