It is close to Monarch mountain and affordable. Our room had a nice view.Property needs to be updated badly. There is no sign on the property or highway so we drove past it since we didn’t have a sign

The location was convenient to Monarch PassThe room was dirty when we arrived. Linens etc. had been changed, but there was obvious dirt on the bathroom floor and trash in the coffee bin. The tub drain
