Response to owner's comment: doesn't make sense to say you're sticking to an authentic vada recipe but then use a pav that has eggs. That's not authentic.

Eggs in vada pav?! Please. No authentic vada pav would ever have eggs. Limited pure veg options. Better go someplace else if you're a vegetarian.
