I can see why the ratings are low. Been through here 3 times and each time there is something wrong with the order. And my burger looks smashed like they are upset I told them they had my order wrong.

Honestly, the food was so fresh and I was skeptical because they don't ever have a crowd. Best fast food experience I've had since living here. I even had to write a review.
