Over priced. Tee boxes in horrible condition. Greens are literally bare dirt in a lot of areas. Not worth the green fees. Won't be back for a while if ever.

Played the course today 10/28/25. The course is in horrible condition. Tee boxes felt like we were hitting out of the bunker on some holes because the amount of dirt and sand. Greens were very bad. Hu

Don needs to do better, course is in terrible condition. Has such great potential with the layout too!
