Staff is always welcoming, especially Lisa. I come here for the AOA classes and like all the instructors: Matt, Tonya, Jane and Kari. They are good motivators.

I love this location... great selection of classes and impressive instructors!! Wish there a few more offerings on Saturdays and Sundays.
