I have horrible experiences with this location. I requested specific services and received the exact opposite.

Reservation system is not a good system. I received a text message saying that my hair stylist would be ready in 15 minutes, a time line that was difficult to meet especially given unforeseen traffic

I have beetthere numerous times. Every person I have encountered is friendly and I have ne gotten a bad haircut.
