I observed an employee leaning and chatting with another employee instead of acknowledging customers in line. There were 4-5 people in the lobby ordering food on the kiosks and not one employee offere

I ordered tacos with sour cream and they charged me for supreme with no tomatoes and still didn't put sour cream on it and the double decker taco was soggy like it wasn't made to order
