Everything goes well at Richmond Jewelers. Mike, the manager is great. His knowledge, and friendliness is top notch, prices are excellent and we've been going there for years.

My daughter surprised me with a refresh on a favorite ring. Richmond jewelers replaced the damaged peridot stones and replaced the prongs. It looks beautiful, couldn't be happier!

If you are having your watch battery replaced, make sure they test the battery before they insert it! We live 40 miles away, and obviously had to drive back to have it replaced. Not fun for a disabled
