They are not respecting the appointment that they are giving. My appointment was at 10 am but they didn't show up and nobody has the courtesy to call and say they' will be late. I called them and stay

Terrible lab. Phone is broken. No-one calls back. They don't show up when expected. Really not sure how they are still in business. Stay away.

The worst lab I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Completely incompetent, unreliable, with zero accountability. Continuously miss scheduled appointments 3 days in a row! Then have the audacit
