This Cuban spot on the west side of Coral Way not only serves the largest vaca frita we've found in Miami, but it's also one of Miami's best vaca frita. It takes up an entire oblong plate—the rice and beans actually have to be plated separately because they can’t fit on the same dish. Generous portions apply to many of the dishes here. They are huge, and so is the restaurant. It's a great place to come with your family for dinner and sit at one of their comfortable booths, or dine solo at the counter for a quick lunch.
