Maintenance is truly lacking. Not luxury even if they try to market themselves as such. New staff every few minutes. Xiomara is possibly one of the most lazy people I've come across.

Every year I lived here, they switched the office people. The current office people, I really hope they keep them. I really like them. Xai and Karla have helped me with everything their customer servi
