I ordered 2 of all bagels this morning never have had issues before. I pickup my order up no one says a thing to me I take a look and the top layer is some of the flavored ones which is a good sign. H

Waited 30 mins for 2 plane bagels lightly toasted & 2 everything bangles toasted with no spear. When we got the bagels they were cold.
