Buffalo Joe's has some of the best wings I've had. Every time I go to Evanston I go there. The dine-in experience is not the greatest but totally worth the food.

Been going here since the Mid 80's. Best wings ever and a huge fan, Only complaint ever would be that a larger wing size would be appreciated.
