If I could give this place less than one star for customer service, I absolutely would. I've lived here since 2023, and I consider myself a low-maintenance tenant since this is not my permanent home.

THE IRVINE IS TERRIBLE. It claims to have 24-hour concierge service and amenities. Instead, they have let the front desk person go and have not conveyed plans to hire a new one. Packages are piling up
