I visited 23/02 with family for my moms 93rd birthday, everything was great, service, friendly staff and food was excellent

Very poor staff service. We waited for 15-20 minutes to sit down despite having booked a table earlier and being the only group waiting to be seated. The staff at the bar were then quite condescending
