This is a Greek Orthodox Church just southwest of Taksim Square in the Beyoğlu District. It was built in 1880 and features Neo-Baroque and Neo-Gothic architectural features with a lovely central dome

A beautiful church in the center of İstanbul. I can call it off the beaten path although it is very close to İstiklal Street.

This church is an outstanding example of a Greek Authodox Church. Well kept with beautiful paintings, icons etc. Free entrance.
